Scott has a deep love for all things Louisiana. When asked to think outside the box, his response is simply, "What box?" As Pacific Blu's front-end operations lead, Scott is our founder of Pacific Blu Construction and oversees our clients, day-to-day operations, drafting, designing and budgets, and collaborates with interior designers. He also manages the crew, subcontractors, and projects. With a sharp sense of humor, Scott is always ready for a laugh—just ask him how many texts and calls he answers in a single day!

Scott’s journey began as an architecture student in Louisiana, but an opportunity in the early 1990s led him to move west and work for his uncle, a California general contractor in picturesque Carmel-by-the-Sea. Leaving the South behind, he embraced the West Coast and quickly built a career working on high-end remodels and custom home builds. In 2000, he earned his California General Contractor License and transitioned into entrepreneurship. Since then, Scott has drafted, designed, demolished, remodeled, and built countless homes, continually refining his craft and expanding his expertise.

Peter, originally from New York, attended the University of Florida and has a deep passion for all things Italian—especially the food and culture. He and Scott share a connection spanning over 25 years, first working together for a general contractor in Palo Alto, CA. Over time, they’ve built a unique "construction brotherhood" rooted in mutual respect, trust, and a shared passion for the industry.

A licensed California general contractor, Peter plays a key role at Pacific Blu, overseeing drafting, design, and project management. With extensive experience, he has designed and remodeled countless homes across the Bay Area and San Diego, earning a reputation as a true expert in his field. Peter’s dedication to his craft and his longstanding partnership with Scott make him an invaluable leader at Pacific Blu.

Michelle / Business Operations
Michelle is the co-founder of Pacific Blu Construction, where she leads back-end operations. With over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, her journey began in a memorable way—helping Scott study for his California general contractor’s license when they were first dating in their late 20s.

In addition to her role at Pacific Blu, Michelle helps residential construction, real estate and interior designers with back-end operations support.
Outside of work, Michelle has a love for rugby and finds joy in baking and cooking for her rugby team, family, and friends.
